We hope you love every Behold Baby purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to assist with an eligible return or exchange.
Returns & Exchanges
Return or exchange requests must be made within 14 business days of delivery. Approved items must be received by Behold Baby within 21 business days of the original delivery date.
To be eligible, merchandise must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In its original condition
- Free from stains, pet hair, perfume, smoke, or other odors
- Returned with all original tags attached
Behold Baby reserves the right to decline merchandise that does not meet these conditions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Returns received outside the return window may be considered for store credit on a case-by-case basis.

Every order is carefully inspected before leaving us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at hello@beholdbabies.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll be happy to make it right.
